This website is operated by CanGo. Throughout the site, the terms “we”, “us” and “our” refer to CanGo. By using this website or placing an order, you agree to be bound by the terms and conditions outlined below.
These Terms apply to all users of the site, including browsers, customers, and merchants. If you do not agree with any part of the Terms, please do not use the site.
1. Products & Orders
CanGo supplies beverage canning machines and compatible packaging materials. All product descriptions, pricing, and availability are subject to change without notice. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion.
We do our best to ensure product photos, descriptions, and specifications are accurate, but we can’t guarantee your screen displays colours or details exactly as intended.
2. Pricing & Payments
All prices are listed in AUD and are exclusive of GST unless otherwise stated. Payments are processed securely via Shopify’s checkout system. We reserve the right to adjust pricing at any time without notice.
3. Shipping & Fulfilment
We ship across Australia and provide estimated dispatch times on each product page. Delivery timelines may vary based on stock levels and location. You’ll receive tracking details once your order ships.
4. Returns & Refunds
Due to the nature of our products, returns are only accepted for faulty or damaged items. Please inspect your delivery on arrival and contact us within 48 hours if there are any issues. For more details, view our Refund Policy.
5. Warranty
All CanGo machines are covered by a 12-month warranty from the date of purchase. This covers manufacturing faults but does not include damage caused by misuse, incorrect setup, or general wear and tear.
6. Intellectual Property
All branding, imagery, content, and product designs on this site are the property of CanGo and may not be used without written permission.
7. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, CanGo shall not be liable for any direct or indirect loss or damage arising from the use of our products or website.

9. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Victoria, Australia.
10. Western Australia Compliance
In accordance with the Western Australia Plan for Plastics (2025), CanGo products supplied to customers located in Western Australia must not be used for beverages that are filled or sealed on-site.
PET cans supplied by CanGo are intended only for pre-packaged beverages that are filled and sealed off-site. On-site or made-to-order beverage sealing within WA is not permitted under current legislation.
By placing an order for delivery to Western Australia, you acknowledge and agree that you will use CanGo products in compliance with the WA Plan for Plastics and accept full responsibility for any misuse that breaches these regulations.
